Controller and scope
Mantovani America LLC, 10450 NW 33rd St Ste 305, Doral, FL 33172, United States, is the data controller for Distrid services. This policy covers the website, account area, support, purchases and services provided through Distrid.
Data we collect
We process account and contact details; profile, billing and tax information; order and payment status; music, release, rights, artist, VEVO and Smart Link data; support communications and attachments; and technical, device, security and usage data. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Distrid.
Why and on what basis we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, provide contracted services, process orders, distribute content, manage support and communicate about the service. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and consent where required for analytics or optional communications.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be shared, only as necessary, with stores, DSPs, VEVO and other distribution partners; Stripe for payments; Cloudflare for security and Turnstile; hosting, email and support providers; Statcounter when analytics consent is given; and Google or other embedded-content providers when those functions are used. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and security.
International transfers
Distrid operates globally from its United States headquarters. When data is transferred internationally, we use contractual, organizational and technical safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep data for the life of the account and services, then only as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting, rights-management, dispute and security obligations. Data is then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. We may verify identity before acting on a request.
Security, minors and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. You must have authority to submit third-party or minor data. We may update this policy and will publish the new date on this page.
